Rules for using VisaProofs.

1. The Service

VisaProofs provides digital flight itinerary / reservation documentation intended for visa applications, proof of travel plans, and similar administrative uses. Deliverables are Standarditineraries in GDS-style format suitable for embassy submission; we do not market a separate live airline "verification" tier on this site.

VisaProofs is not an airline. Unless you separately purchase a paid ticket from a carrier, documents from VisaProofs are not boarding passes and are not presented as tickets for travel. You are responsible for confirming what your embassy, consulate, or immigration authority accepts.

2. Eligibility and Account

You must be legally able to enter into a contract in your jurisdiction. You warrant that information you submit is accurate and that you have authority to use any payment method you provide.

3. Orders and Pricing

Prices, delivery channels, and inclusions are as shown at checkout or in order confirmation. We may refuse or cancel orders in cases of fraud risk, misuse, illegality, or inability to fulfil. Taxes or fees charged by banks or processors are governed by those parties.

4. Delivery

Deliverables are primarily sent by email as PDF or similar downloadable format. Typical fulfilment aims to be rapid (often within about five minutes during normal airline system response), but timelines can vary due to maintenance, outages, workload, route restrictions, or third-party systems.

Ensure your email inbox can receive messages from us (check spam folders). Providing a wrong email may delay receipt; visaproofs@gmail.com can assist with re-delivery when you verify your purchase.

5. Standard Reservations

Standard documents are produced for paperwork and visa use. They are formatted to resemble conventional airline confirmations; they are not sold as paid seats for travel unless you separately ticket with a carrier. You must not misrepresent output as a fare you have purchased if you have not.

6. Your Responsibilities

• Match passenger names and dates to official ID as required by your use case.
• Use the service only for lawful purposes.
• Not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape beyond permitted use, or reverse engineer systems.
• Not use output to mislead authorities or third parties about paid travel you do not hold.

7. Intellectual Property

Site content, branding, and software are owned by VisaProofs or licensors. You receive a limited licence to use materials you lawfully purchase for your personal or business administrative needs as described at purchase. You may not resell our deliverables as a competing service without written consent.

8. Disclaimers

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties where allowed. We do not guarantee visa approval, immigration outcomes, or acceptance by any specific authority.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, VisaProofs and its suppliers are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a given order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where liability cannot be limited by law.

10. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify VisaProofs against claims arising from your misuse of the service, your violation of these terms, or content or instructions you supply, except to the extent caused by our wilful misconduct.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access for breach, risk, or legal reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive will survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the jurisdiction where VisaProofs operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles that would refer to another jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protections in your location cannot be waived.

13. Changes

We may revise these Terms. The updated "Last updated" date reflects the revision. Continuing to use the service after posting may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.
